How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > NicheMAX > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open NicheMAX > Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account, photos, and all associated data.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Forgot Password?" We'll send you a reset link via email.

My analysis seems wrong

For the best results, use a well-lit photo where your face and outfit are clearly visible. You can use your free rescan to try again with a better photo.

I was charged but don't have access

Go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. If that doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out.

How do referrals work?
